Revista Mexicana de Ciencias Geológicas (RMCG) provides free, immediate OPEN ACCESS to its content under the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The RMCG is published as a Diamond open access journal, with no fees to readers and no charges to authors for the submission, processing or publication of the papers (APC-free).

Self-archiving

Authors are allowed to post their work in institutional or disciplinary repositories or on their own websites. Pre-print versions posted online should include a citation and link to the final published version in Revista Mexicana de Ciencias Geológicas as soon as it is available; post-print versions should also include a citation and a link to the original publication in the RMCG.
